Welcome to INTERESTELAR TWALKING STEPS
Ready for this new adventure? This time we will walk through the African desert until we reach the Haruj volcanic area, in Libya.
We will move along the path of well-being, step by step, while establishing the important values of determination, perseverance, gratitude and being present, amongst others.
“Steps” bonus: you will get a10 km bonus per person per week if during each walk you take ten steps that are bigger than usual or climb ten steps upstairs, while mentally remembering some of the aforementioned values.
And don’t be shy! Add pictures, sentences and anecdotal situations when uploading your bonuses.
We will take a step further within the new year and, in addition to the “Steps” bonus, we will offer you a second bonus: the “Resolutions” bonus.
The “Resolutions” bonus, starting from January 1st, will allow each participant to add a second weekly bonus of 10 km, if they establish a new healthy habit or give up a bad habit (detrimental to his health) and stick to that resolution during the week.
